First Vice President, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management
Ms. Redfield is a first vice president, and Institutional Consultant at Morgan Stanley. She is responsible for providing investment consulting, asset allocation and investment management services to foundations, endowments and individuals.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 1999, Robyn worked at Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor to individual investors, corporate executives and nonprofit organizations. She has also held management positions at Estee Lauder.
Robyn is the chairwoman of the American Red Cross of Massachusetts Bay Tiffany Circle. Created and launched by the National American Red Cross, the Tiffany Circle creates a network of women leaders who want to change lives, save lives and strengthen their local communities. Under her leadership, the Tiffany Circle has grown financially, and in the number of volunteers to support the local chapter of the American Red Cross of Eastern Massachusetts. She also serves on the board of directors of The American Red Cross, The Collette Foundation and Classics for Kids, as well as volunteering for other charities and nonprofit organizations to share experience and expertise.
Ms. Redfield holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Bridgeport, and has a Certified Investment Management Analyst and CEC designation from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Robyn is a member of the executive committee of the Women's Business Leaders Summit, which is sponsored by the U.S. State Department and held in Amman, Jordan.
