You can have better health just by having a healthy mouth! It is as simple as that. Brush your teeth, ask your dentist what you and your family can do to have a healthy mouth and healthy body.

Tips for Infants/Kids:

  • The ADA recommends children visit the dentist no later than their 1st birthday
  • Until your child is able to brush on their own, brush your child’s teeth twice a day with a pea sized amount of fluoride toothpaste
  • Make healthy habits a part of every day
  • When your child brushes encourage them to spit out excessive toothpaste
  • Preventative care such as fluoride varnishes and the application of sealants is the best approach to dental health
  • Injuries, falls or blows to the head and face can lead to problems in the jaw joints now or in the future, always seek medical attention
